I graduated from Saint Mary Academy in 2015. From three years old to eighth grade, my grade was the first to spend a full eleven years at SMA. Like many other friends and students, I learned through many different curriculums and life skills. My education looked a little different due to finding out and learning about my learning differences throughout the school years. The teachers and counselors were able to accommodate and help me succeed in my courses and put me on the right track to better help me understand the appropriate ways to study with my learning disability. With their help early on, I was able to put my foot in the right direction to succeed in my high school and college careers. Studies aside, SMA helped me incorporate religion into my everyday life and grow into the woman I am today. As a student we participate in Thursday masses, little ones included, and learn the word of God as a student body. Growing as a student, I was also prepared through the sacraments. Without a doubt, I recommend Saint Mary Academy to any family out there. With Mass, Sacraments, Athletic events and other unique events, this school and the community are full of nothing but love and welcoming support for each other. You’ll, without a doubt, make lifelong friends and a community to support you. I’ll always cherish the memories this school brought me.
