Students in 7th and 8th grade participate in a variety of elective classes weekly. These classes are designed by SMA faculty members and their purpose is to support and expand students’ interests and talents outside of core content area classes.

• Visual & Performing Art Classes Include: Photography, Film, Expressive Arts, Musical Theater, Introduction to Theater

• Physical Education Classes Include: Healthy Living, PE Games & Sports, and a Dance class

• Academic & Technology Classes Include: STEM, Typing Coding Gaming, Stop-Motion Animation, Quick Recall, WIN (What I Need) Study Hall, Life Skills

• All students in 6-8th grade also take Spanish class weekly.
