Rachel Miles

Rachel has been teaching Kindergarten since 2017 and joined Saint Mary Academy in 2023. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky and her Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership from Midway University.

Rachel is passionate about creating a classroom environment where young learners feel safe, loved, and excited to grow. She believes in balancing structure with play, curiosity with creativity, and always meeting students where they are. Rooted in her faith, Rachel strives to reflect God’s love through patience, kindness, and the joyful nurturing of each child’s unique gifts.

Rachel and her husband have two young children, Lincoln and Murphy Jo, who keep life full of adventure. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, and working on embroidery projects.
