What year did you graduate from Saint Mary Academy?
I moved in the middle of 8th grade, but I was in the class of 2009. We were still in the old MGC building.
What are you doing now (career, college, military service, business, etc.)?
I am the Chief Operations Officer of The Factory Theater in Chicago. I also work around the city in other theatres as a freelance Director and Intimacy Director. I work almost exclusively on World Premiere productions.
How did Saint Mary Academy help prepare you for where you are today?
I was always involved in extra curricular activities at SMA such as soccer, quick recall, altar service, student council, and many others. The time management skills I learned early on are still useful today as I balance multiple jobs and life commitments.
What university did you attend, or are you attending? What major(s) are you pursuing or did you pursue?
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre (Directing) at Cleveland State University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College in 2016.
What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of?
Moving to Chicago to pursue a steady career in theatre, becoming a certified Intimacy Director, and creating a beautiful life with my partner in the greatest city in the world.
Any other personal information that you would like to share with our community?
I have a dog named Rosie. I play a lot of Dungeons & Dragons telling stories with my friends. I travel as often as I can. I love being outside on a hike or at the beach near my apartment. My parents live in Louisville again, and I visit when I can.
