Katherine Alberts is a seasoned musician, liturgical specialist, and music educator with over 20 years of experience in sacred music, instrumental instruction, and higher education. She performs professionally on oboe, flute, piano, and organ, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Bellarmine University and Indiana University Southeast.
Katherine holds a Master of Musical Arts in Oboe Performance from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing a Master of Religious Education at Loyola University New Orleans. She is also discerning to become an oblate of Saint Meinrad Archabbey and continues her spiritual and academic formation through the McGrath Institute for Church Life and Saint Meinrad Seminary. Katherine is an active member of several national and regional music education associations and remains dedicated to enriching both liturgical life and musical excellence in her community.
