Amanda was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from Assumption High School. She got her Degree in Digital Media and Design from the University of Kentucky, along with a minor in Theatre and a certificate in Filmmaking/ Dramatic Writing.
Amanda worked for the University of Kentucky's Creative Arts Living Learning program as a Senior Peer Mentor. She was in charge of a number of large-scale arts events and coordinating logistics for the community. In addition, Amanda served as a resource for her mentees as well as the other Peer Mentors. Her favorite part of the job was seeing her mentees grow into amazing, creative, and independent people as they adjusted to college life.
Amanda is a creative at heart. In her free time, she loves drawing, painting, creative writing, photography, and graphic design. Amanda also enjoys video games, reading books, and is a huge Halloween enthusiast. Although, her cat, Apollo, would much prefer she spend all her time petting and feeding him.
